White Flint Crossing is proposed to be a mixed-use, transit-oriented development that combines housing, shopping and parking in close proximity to the White Flint Metro Station. There will be approximately 400 residential units, a Whole Foods Market, an upscale health club, restaurants and 1,200 parking spaces. The residential development, which will include a 22-story tower, will have a mix of unit types. Fifteen percent of the residences will be reserved as moderately priced housing.
